About the fishery

Both lakes, Vault & Vintage, are nestled in 8.5 acres of verdant countryside in the Picardie Region (Hauts-de-France), just 2.5 hours from Calais. The secure, old gravel pit lakes are lined with mature poplars, ensuring absolute tranquility with no bright lights or traffic noise. The local village provides bakeries, cafés, a supermarket, and restaurants nearby.

The fishery offers exclusive individual lake bookings as well as whole-venue hire. Facilities include an on-site bailiff, well-equipped lodge, showers, toilets, charging areas, Wi-Fi, tackle hire, bait sales, and essential end tackle for sale. Every swim is on a central bank—perfect for socials—spacious with shared pub benches. No long casting is needed, and both near and far margins produce good carp.

Vault Lake

Vault Lake spans 2.7 acres and is slightly shallower than Vintage, with depths from 3 to 6 feet in the warmer months. In wetter, colder months, the water deepens by an extra foot. There are 4 swims, all on one bank: end swims allow stalking in overhanging trees and secluded zones, while the central double swim covers deeper areas. Vault is stocked with younger carp, up to low thirties, and is known for its runs-style fishing.

Vintage Lake

Vintage Lake is just under 3 acres and is generally deeper, ranging from 4 to 8 feet, gaining an extra foot in wetter months. Like Vault, all 4 swims are on a central bank. The end swims are suited to margin tactics in overhanging cover. The central double swim reaches the deepest water, with notably steep drop-offs. Vintage hosts mature carp up to the mid forties—it was the first lake opened at Lac Olivia and offers a more seasoned stock of fish.
