Our Facilities

All bookings come with the use of our facilities, which includes on site bailiff, well equipped lodge, shower, toilet, charging areas, Wi-Fi, essential end tackle for sale should you run short, tackle hire & bait sales.

The lodge & facilities are central and a very short 2-minute walk from all the swims on both lakes.

We are proud to say we are completely off grid, so run off an advanced off grid solar and water purification system at Lac Oliva.

The swims are large & comfortable, with pub style benches between swims should you care for a social with friends & other Carp fishing guests. There is one double central swim & two single swims at each end, on each lake.

The property is fully fenced & secure, with CCTV at the entrance and egress points.

We have one rowing boat on each lake, if needed, please consult with the Bailiff and make sure a life jacket is always used. We have a life jacket on site for guest use.

There is full public liability insurance for the property.
